I approach counseling with the mind set of identifying the root cause of your problems. If we don't, then we are just talking about the problem.
The way we do this is by exploring your thoughts, your beliefs and attitudes about the problem. In addition to this, we explore the unconscious mind to get to the root of when this first started.
I am well versed in a variety of theoretical models which include: CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Gestalt, Symbolic-Exeriential and Spiritual approaches.
