Helping You Heal from the Inside Out—Mind, Soul, and Spirit

Welcome to The Good Center—and thank you for being here.

As an Existential therapist, my work is rooted in helping you access deeper layers of yourself, especially the parts that traditional talk therapy can overlook. Rather than just addressing symptoms or surface concerns, I guide you to explore the subconscious mind, where many of our beliefs, patterns, and emotional wounds are stored. This is where true, lasting transformation begins.

My approach is honest, intuitive, and grounded. I show up as a real person in the room—with compassion, directness, and unwavering support. I’m not here to “fix” you; I’m here to walk beside you, helping you reconnect with your inner truth and strength.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are ready to do deep, inner work. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer a space where you can explore, heal, and grow. This work can be difficult—but when you’re ready, it can also be profoundly liberating.

In our sessions, I draw from several therapeutic frameworks including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Psychodynamic Theory

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • and Existential/Depth Psychology

Each session is personalized to support your unique healing journey and goals.

In addition to my counseling work, I’m also the author of Why We Are The Way We Are, a book that explores the subconscious roots of human behavior, healing, and transformation. If you're curious about the deeper forces that shape our lives, my writing offers a window into that world and complements the therapeutic work we do together.

Finally, I want to acknowledge the foundation of everything I do: God, The Father Almighty. I rely on His guidance and wisdom in every session. While I honor and welcome people of all beliefs (or none at all), I want to be transparent about the role my faith plays in my practice—it helps me hold space with grace, humility, and deep compassion.

If you're ready to explore your subconscious, heal past wounds, and step into the life you were created for—I’m here to walk that path with you.
