I joined The Good Center in 2019 while completing my fellowship at NYU. My approach to counseling integrates various therapeutic models, including Psychodynamic and Existential Therapies, with the goal of helping clients find meaning, purpose, and value in their lives. I aim to be fully present with my clients in their human experience, helping them understand where they are in life, how they arrived there, and where they want to go next. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients (and their partners) can explore the complexities of being human, offering a sounding board for self-reflection and growth.
My life experience and training have equipped me with the tools to help others dive into their subconscious minds, gaining insight into their past and present behaviors. In our sessions, we work together to explore your unique situation from a holistic perspective in an environment that fosters open dialogue. I specialize in working with teens, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing personalized guidance and fostering an atmosphere of trust and understanding tailored to each individual’s needs. Through this process, I hope to guide clients toward personal growth, self-awareness, and fulfillment.
