counseling philosophy

My approach to counseling consists of integrating  various theoretical approaches, some of which include Psychodynamic & Existential Therapies to help clients find meaning, purpose and value in their life.

My life experience and training  have given me the tools to help others delve into their subconscious in order to gain awareness and insight on their past and present behaviors.

In addition to providing Individual, Couples and Family counseling, I also lead various support groups focused on LGBTQ+ individuals, teens and couples .
