LMFT Associate - Private Practice CONTRACT

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions under supervision.
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with senior therapists and staff to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Stay updated on industry trends, therapeutic techniques, and best practices.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
