As a therapist, I strongly believe that every client is unique and requires an individualized approach to therapy. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to mental health and emotional well-being. Therefore, my aim is to empower my clients by providing them with the tools they need to tap into their own inner wisdom and reach their full potential.
My areas of specialization include emotional empowerment, positive psychology, mindfulness, and helping clients navigate through difficult life transitions. I have received training in both Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques which allows me to tailor each session based on the specific needs of each client. In addition, my counseling approach is Integrative and Holistic or "Whole Person" centered.
This means that I take into account all aspects of a person's well-being - physical (bio), psychological (psycho), as well as spiritual (spiritual) - in order to create a comprehensive treatment plan for my clients. Furthermore, as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I am passionate about incorporating somatic practices such as breathwork, meditation, yoga therapy etc., into sessions where appropriate. These restorative rituals provide additional support for individuals seeking overall wellness while also addressing specific concerns related to anxiety or depression.
